Eric Dawson joins Heilongjiang

Eric Dawson (206 cm, Midwestern State’07) will continue his professional career with Heilongjiang Zhaozhou Feng Shen (China-NBL). The forward spent the earlier part of the 2013-14 season playing for the D-League’s Austin Toros after being released by the Atlanta Hawks in October 2013. He played 21 games for the Toros and managed to post averages of 14.0 ppg and 9.8 rpg. In February 2014 he moved to Iran’s Superleague and suited up for Petrochimi Bandar Imam Harbour. He logged only one game for the Iranian club and tallied 11 points and six boards in 29 minutes on the floor.
