Eric Buckner switches to Turk Telekom

Eric Buckner (208 cm, Georgia State’12) will continue his professional career this 2015/16 season playing for Turk Telekom Ankara (Turkey-TBL). Buckner is coming off a 2014/15 stint with another club from the same league. He played a dozen games for Usak Sportlif (Turkey-TBL) in the EuroChallenge and he recorded averages of 12.6 ppg and 5.8 rpg. Eric was also able to appear in 30 games in the domestic Turkish league and there he managed to post averages of 12.8 ppg and 7.7 rpg. In 2013/14 Buckner was on the roster of Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi (Turkey-TB2L). He averaged 16.0 ppg and 10.8 rpg in 38 games.
