Dwight Burke to play for Sarmiento

Dwight Burke (202 cm, Marquette’09) has agreed to terms on a deal that lands him with CD Faustino Sarmiento de Formosa (Argentina-Liga A). He played for Asociacion Basquetbol Ancud (Chile-Liga Nacional) in 2014/15. Burke played 23 games for them and posted averages of 22.1 ppg and 12.0 rpg. In January 2015 Dwight transferred to Uppsala Basket from Sweden’s Basketligan. He played 25 games for his new team and made an instant impact, averaging 13.9 ppg and 6.6 rpg. Burke helped his club make the Swedish Basketligan finals in 2015.
