Dwight Burke joins Lions de Geneve

Journeyman Dwight Burke (202 cm, Marguette’09) has found a new team for the upcoming 2013-14 season. He is headed to Switzerland’s LNA to play for Lions de Geneve. Burke began the 2012-13 season playing in Slovakia for BK 04 AC LB Spisska Nova Ves. He played 26 games for them in the Slovakian league and averaged 16.8 ppg and 8.3 rpg.

In March 2013 Burke moved to BC Siauliai from Lithuania’s LKL. He played one game for them in the Baltic League and tallied 11 points and five rebounds. In seven games in the Lithuanian league he averaged 7.1 ppg and 3.6 rpg.
