Atenas Cordoba (Argentina-Liga A) has added veteran Dwayne Jones (211 cm, St. Joseph’s’05) to their roster for the upcoming 2016-17 season. Jones suited up for Centro Juventud Sionista de Parana (Argentina-Liga A) in 2015-16. He played 33 games for them and was able to record averages of 12.7 ppg and 13.2 rpg. He parted ways with the team in March 2016 and headed to Venezuela where Jones signed with Guaiqueries de Margarita (Venezuela-LPB). Dwayne ended up playing 18 games for them as he closed out the remainder of the season with the club. In his brief run, the big man posted averages of 9.8 ppg and 14.5 rpg.
