Dwayne Benjamin (201 cm, Oregon’16) is headed Down Under this 2017 after signing a deal to play for the Geraldton Buccaneers (Australia-SBL). This will be the second team for Benjamin in his first taste of pro hoops. The 25-year-old Oregon product began the 2016-17 playing in Europe for the Bakken Bears (Denmark-Ligaen). He played six games for them in the Basketball Champions League where he averaged 7.5 ppg and 5.2 rpg. Dwayne also appeared in five games in the domestic Danish league and there he posted averages of 12.6 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
