Dru Joyce (183 cm, Akron’07) will be playing for his third German Bundesliga team in his fourth season in the league this 2014-15. He is joining Basketball Loewen Braunschweig, formerly known as the New Yorker Phantoms for the last eight years. Last season Joyce suited for EWE Baskets Oldenburg (Germany-BBL). He played two games for them in the Euroleague and averaged 10.5 ppg and 6.0 apg. During the team’s 10-game run in the Eurocup he posted averages of 8.2 ppg and 4.3 apg. Dru played a total of 43 games for Oldenburg in the domestic German Bundesliga and there he averaged 7.7 ppg and 4.1 apg.
