Donald Sloan (191 cm, Texas A&M University’10) is heading to the Chinese CBA league to play with Guangdong. The 26-year old guard is known as an aggressive scorer, and has had plenty of experience in the NBA over the last two years. He will be hoping to help a Guangdong team sitting at the summit of the CBA standings with an impressive 26-4 record.

Sloan has been on the roster of several NBA franchises, such as the Sacramento Kings, Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Hornets, and the Cleveland Cavaliers. It is with the Cavaliers that Sloan has enjoyed his most NBA game time. He has played 20 games for the franchise this season, posting 4.1ppg and 1.9apg during his 12.9 minutes average on the court. During the 2011-2012 season, Sloan played 24 games with Cleveland averaging 6.8ppg, 2.3rpg, and 3.7apg.
