Dominique Coleman signs with BC Kyiv

Dominique Coleman (190 cm, Colorado’07) will be testing the waters in the Ukraine after signing with BC Kyiv for the upcoming season. Even though the 29-year-old Oakland native spent most of his pro career in the NBA D-League, he got a taste of European hoops in 2012-13 when he played in Finland’s Korisliiga for Lapua Korikobrat. Coleman logged 33 games for them and averaged 13.6 ppg and 5.9 apg. He led the league not only in assists that season but was also a stalwart in defense with a league-leading 2.3 spg.
