DJ Thompson takes his game to Le Havre

DJ Thompson has been announced by STB Le Havre (France-ProA) as a new signing. Thompson (1.74m, college: Appalachian State) comes to Le Havre from Ilysiakos Greece (Greece-A1) where he averaged 10.1 points and 3.5 assists per game. His assist totals place him seventh on the Greek A1 League Leaders chart.
According to STB Le Havre’s website, they are quoted as saying this about Thompson: “The playmaker is considered very fast, good defender and he is ‘playing’ the team and takes shots wisely.”
Thompson’s career includes the following clubs: 2011/2012: Ilysiakos (Greece) 2010/2011: Anvil Wloclawek (Poland) 2009/2010: Antalya (Turkey) 2008/2009: AEK Athens (Greece) from 2004 to 2007: Appalachian State (NCAA)
