Diante Garrett signs with Giessen

Diante Garrett (193 cm, G) is exchanging the Greek A1 and the EuroCup for the German BBL. Garret started this season with ASP Promitheas Patras, where he averaged 8.3 ppg and 2 assists in four EuroCup games. Garrett is now flying to Germany to join a JobStairs Giessen 46ers team that is last in the BBL with a 2-12 record.

Garrett has played previous seasons in France, Israel, and Turkey, amongst others. The 32-year-old also has played 95 NBA games for Utah and Phoenix.

Diante Garrett played college basketball at Iowa State. During his senior season, he collected 17.3 ppg and 6.1 assists.
