Dexter Pittman (208 cm, Texas’10) has been landed by Turkish club Ronesans TED Kolejliler Ankara (TBL) this 2014-15 season. The big man was recently released by the Atlanta Hawks and he will continue his professional career overseas. Dexter played for a myriad of teams during the 2013-14 season. He began with the Chicago Bulls, but was released in October 2013. Two months later he headed to China to sign with the Foshan Long Lions (CBA). In seven games Pittman averaged 12.7 ppg and 3.1 rpg.
In January 2014 he headed back stateside to play for the Austin Toros where he managed to play in 27 games and averaged 11.2 ppg and 6.8 rpg. He briefly played two games for the Atlanta Hawks, but he failed to score and only secured 1.5 rpg. Dexter moved on to play for Caciques de Humacao and there he posted averages of 12.6 ppg and 7.0 rpg.
