The Bucaneros de La Guaira (Venezuela-LPB) have secured the services of Canadian guard Devoe Joseph (193 cm, Oregon’12) this 2017. The 27-year-old Joseph was a former member of the Canadian national team in 2013. Things were less than ideal in his debut for Bucaneros. Devoe logged 14 minutes and failed to score or hand out an assist. Joseph joined the Venezuelan club after a three-game stint with A.G.O. Rethymno Aegean (Greece-A1). He averaged 2.3 ppg and 1.7 rpg. His 2016-17 started off with Maccabi Kiryat Gat (Israel-Winner League). In four games, he posted averages of 9.5 ppg and 1.5 apg.
