Desmond Holloway added by Paulistano

Desmond Holloway (190 cm, Coastal Carolina’11) is joining Paulistano/Unimed Sao Paolo from Brazil’s NBB. He is making the move from Liga Sorocabana de Basquete, also from NBB.

In 2012-13 the 25-year-old Holloway averaged 20.4 ppg and 4.6 rpg. He joined the team late into the 2011-12 season. He managed to play 15 games for Liga Sorocabana in 2012 and put up averages of 19.3 ppg and 5.5 rpg. He transferred there in March after a one-month stint in Mexico’s CIBACOPA, playing for the Ostioneros de Guaymas. There he averaged 14.3 ppg and 3.6 rpg in 14 games.
