Derwin Kitchen added by Hapoel Jerusalem

Derwin Kitchen (193 cm, Florida State’11) will be playing for Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem (Israel-Winner League) this coming 2013-14 season. The 27-year-old Kitchen began the 2012-13 season playing for Panathinaikos Athens from Greece’s A1 league.

He played nine games for Panthinaikos in the Euroleague as a reserve and averaged 3.7 ppg and 1.9 apg. He played the same number of games for them in the Greek league and there he managed to average 5.2 ppg and 2.1 apg. In December 2012 he was loaned out to KK Cedevita Zagreb from Croatia’s A1 league. Derwin played nine games for Cedevita in the Adriatic league and averaged 7.1 ppg and 2.1 apg. He logged 15 games for them in the Croatian league and averaged 4.3 ppg and 1.9 apg. He helped his club reach the Croatian A1 league semifinals and the finals of the Croatian Cup in 2013.
