Derwin Kitchen (194 cm, Florida State’11) will continue his professional career with Hapoel Eilat (Israel-Winner League) this season. This will be the first signing in 2017-18 for the Florida State University product. He is not unfamiliar with Israeli hoops. In 2016-17 Kitchen lent his talents to Ironi Nahariya (Israel-National League), signing with them in November 2016. He played 11 games for them in the Basketball Champions League where he posted averages of 3.9 ppg and 5.1 apg. In four FIBA Europe Cup games, Kitchen produced averages of 12.8 ppg and 5.5 apg.
