Deonta Vaughn reunites with Polpharma

Deonta Vaughn (185 cm, Cincinnati’10) is returning to Polish club Polpharma Starogard Gdanski after three seasons. Deonta played his rookie season as a pro for Polpharma in the 2010-11 season and averaged 11.6 ppg and 3.5 apg.

He is coming from playing in Georgia’s Superleague for the 2013 Champions, MIA Academy Tbilisi. He notched 30 games for them in the Georgian league and averaged 14.6 ppg and 5.4 apg. Aside from winning the Georgian League Championship, MIA Academy also won the Georgian Cup in 2013. Vaughn was one of the league’s more impressive imports and was selected to play in the Georgian League All-Star Game that same year.
