Dedric Lawson signs with Besiktas

Dedric Lawson (205 cm, F) has signed with Besiktas Sompo Japan Istanbul.

The 23-year-old will make his European debut. He played this season, his second as a pro, in Korea for Goyang. Lawson averaged 16.4 ppg and 7.9 rebounds.

Lawson played last season in the GLeague. There he played 42 games for Austin. Lawson averaged 13.6 ppg and 8 rpg in just under 27 minutes per contest.

Dedric Lawson played his last year of college basketball at Kansas. He averaged 19.4 ppg and 10.3 rebounds his senior year.
