DeAndre Mays new to CAB Madeira

DeAndre Mays (188 cm, Youngstown State’10) has reached an agreement with CAB Madeira (Portugal-LPB) this 2016 and will join the club for the remainder of the season. The 28-year-old Mays was originally slated to start 2015-16 playing for As de Sale (Morocco-D1), but in October 2015 signed with MIA Academy Tbilisi (Georgia-Superleague). He played five games for them and recorded averages of 12.2 ppg and 4.6 apg.

In the 2014-15 season DeAndre was on the roster of CS Universitatea Cluj (Romania-Liga Nationala). He joined the team late into the season, signing with them in January 2015. He was still able to play a dozen games for the club and averaged 14.8 ppg and 3.3 apg.
