Davon Jefferson back to where it all started

Davon Jefferson (204 cm, F) has signed with Maccabi Haifa from Israel, the same team as with which he started his professional career in 2008.

He came there fresh out of college, where he had averaged 12.1 ppg and 6.3 rpg for USC. He had left school as an NBA early entry candidate.

After his rookie season with Maccabi Haifa, Davon Jefferson went on to play in France, Russia, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Turkey, and Italy. His last stop was with Acea Virtus Roma (Italian Serie A), where he averaged 15.6 ppg and 8.3 rpg last season.
