DaShaun Wood moves to Le Mans

DaShaun Wood (185 cm, Wright State’07) is joining Le Mans Sarthe Basket from France’s ProA. Wood is coming off a two-season stint with ALBA Berlin from Germany’s BBL.

This 2012-13 season he logged 23 games in the Euroleague and averaged 9.8 ppg and 2.5 apg. He played 36 games for ALBA in Germany’s BBL and averaged 11.7 ppg and 3.3 apg. In 2011-12, his first season with ALBA, he managed to play 37 games and hit averages of 15.0 ppg and 4.8 apg. In two games in the Euroleague that season he averaged 9.5 ppg and 4.0 apg.
