Darnell Hinson joins Brujos de Guayama

Darnell Hinson (186 cm, Northeastern State’04) has joined the Brujos de Guayama from Puerto Rico’s BSN. He’s already played his first game for them as they fought Guaynabo. In 19 minutes of action he tallied seven points and three assists.

Hinson was productive in 2012-13 during his stint in Austria (A Bundesliga) where he played for the Redwell Gunners Oberwart. In 34 games in the Austrian league he averaged 20.2 ppg and 2.6 apg. 2013 saw Oberwart reach the Austrian Bundesliga A finals and the Austrian Cup semifinals. Prior to his signing with Oberwart in December 2012, Hinson had signed a deal with Brujos de Guayama.
