Betaland Capo d’Orlando (Italy-Serie A) is shaking up its roster this 2016 with the recent addition of Darius Washington (188 cm, Memphis’06). Betaland CdO is struggling in the Italian league. They are in last place with a 4-11 record. Hopefully, Washington can help turn things around for the team.

Washington last saw action in 2014-15 which he spent on the roster of CEZ Basktball Nymburk (Czech Republic-NBL). In his lone Euroleague game, Darius scored 18 points and dished out 10 assists. He played a dozen games in the Eurocup and averaged 14.6 ppg and 5.0 apg. He played 26 games in the VTB United League and there he posted averages of 14.6 ppg and 4.5 apg. Darius appeared in 20 games in the domestic Czech league, where he produced averages of 11.6 ppg and 3.9 apg.
