Altshuler Saham Galil Gilboa (Israel-Winner League) has agreed to terms with Dane Diliegro (205 cm, New Hampshire’11) this 2014-15. Israel will be a change of scenery for Dane, with Galil Gilboa being the first team he will play for outside of Italy. The American big man is also a naturalized Italian player. In 2013-14 he played in Italy’s DNA Gold league for Acegas Aps Trieste. In 29 games in the Italian league Diliegro produced averages of 12.2 ppg and 8.4 rpg.

In 2012-13 Dane played for Banco di Sardegna Sassari from Italy’s Serie A. In 23 games in the domestic Italian league he averaged 2.2 ppg and 1.7 rpg. In six Eurocup games he posted averages of 3.2 ppg and 1.7 rpg.
