Dakari Johnson signs with Qingdao Eagles

 Dakari Johnson (213 cm, Kentucky’15) heads to China in 2018 to continue his professional basketball career, signing with the Qingdao Eagles (China-CBA).

The 22-year-old big man played for the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2017-18. Johnson played 32 games for them but saw minimal usage and notched averages of 1.7 ppg and 1.1 rpg. He fared better when he spent some time in the G-League logging time for the Oklahoma City Blue. In 11 games, Johnson dropped impressive averages of 22.5 ppg and 9.5 rpg.
