DaJuan Summers to Gran Canaria 2014

Herbalife Gran Canaria 2014 from Spain’s Liga Endesa is strengthening its roster this 2014-15 season with the addition of DaJuan Summers (203 cm, Georgetown’09). The former NBA second-round pick spent the 2013-14 season playing for Budivelnyk Kyiv (Ukraine-Superleague). Summers displayed some of his skills when he played 10 games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 13.5 ppg and 6.9 rpg. He also stepped up his game in some highly competitive Euroleague action, averaging 12.3 ppg and 4.5 rpg. Lastly, DaJuan managed to play in 34 games in the domestic Ukrainian Superleague and there he averaged 15.3 ppg and 7.8 rpg, helping win the league title in 2014.
