Dairis Bertans newcomer to Khimki

Dairis Bertans (194 cm) has put pen to paper on a deal that will make him a part of the roster of Khimki Moscow Region (Russia-VTB League) for the 2019-20 season.

He’s a Latvian international basketball player who has been a member of the Latvian National Team since 2010. He lent his talents to the Italian pro club AX Armani Exchange Milano (Italy-Serie A) in 2018-19.

He averaged 6.4 ppg and 1.0 rpg for them in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, through 22 games. The guard also appeared in 16 games in the domestic Italian League (Serie A), where he registered averages of 5.7 ppg and 0.9 rpg.
