Curtis Jerrells joins Hapoel Jerusalem

Curtis Jerrells Curtis Jerrells (185 cm, Baylor’09) has agreed to terms with Hapoel Jerusalem (Israel-Winner League) and will be joining the club for the 2016-17 season. Curtis played for two clubs in 2015-16. He started off the season with Unics Kazan (Russia-VTB), but moved to Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul (Turkey-BSL), where he played 11 Eurocup games and averaged 4.0 ppg. He played four games in the domestic Turkish league and averaged 4.8 ppg and 2.0 apg. Curtis parted ways with the team in May. Curtis was originally with Unics Kazan in 2014-15. He logged 13 games for them in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and averaged 12.2 ppg and 3.2 apg. He also appeared in a dozen games in the Eurocup and there he produced averages of 10.0 ppg and 2.3 apg. Jerrells played in 29 games in the VTB United League and was able to put together averages of 9.8 ppg and 4.0 apg.
