Courtney Fortson (180 cm, Arkansas’10) will make his way to Russia after a recent spell in the Dominican Republic to play for Avtodor Saratov (Superleague). The 25-year old point guard was at the LA Clippers (NBA) at the start of last season but left the franchise during pre-season. The American later played for the Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League) where he played 46 games and averaged impressively with 17.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 7.1 assists, and 2.0 steals per game.

It was a busy campaign for Courtney Fortson as he went on to play fifteen games for Trotamundos in the Venezuelan LNB. For the team the player continued his great form by bagging averages of 21.5ppg, 3.4rpg, 4.1apg and 2.5spg.
