Cory Remekun decides on Athens

Cory Remekun (203 cm, St Louis’13) has been announced as a new signing by AE Nea Kifisia Dimoulas Athens of the Greek A1. The power forward is heading into the 2014/2015 season after playing in Germany through his rookie campaign during 2013/2014. Remekun played for German ProB setup Dragons Rhoendorf and took to the court in 25 games. During those appearances the American tallied averages of 13.4 points, 8.1 boards, 1.4 assists, 1.0 steal, and 2.6 blocks per game.

Cory Remekun is a product of St Louis and represented the school through four seasons in the NCAA, leaving in 2013. He will now make a new start during this season with Greek team Nea Kifisia Dimoulas Athens.
