Corin Henry (180 cm, Tarleton State’11) will be continuing his professional career in Bulgaria this 2013-14 season as he joins Rilski Sportist Samokov (NBL). He surprised many of his critics in 2012-13. Henry played well for the Sydney Kings from Australia’s NBL. He logged 22 games for them and averaged 13.2 ppg and 2.9 apg. He was even selected to play in the Australian NBL All-Star game in 2013.
In his rookie season, he played for Team FOG Naestved from Denmark’s Ligaen. In 37 games for them he averaged 22.1 ppg and 5.1 apg. Henry was also impressive on the defensive end, averaging 3.4 spg.
