Corey Allmond signs with AS de Sale

Corey Allmond (188 cm, Sam Houston St.’08) has signed to play for AS de Sale (Morocco-D1). Allmond was most recently a member of the West Virginia Monarchs, where he was averaging 37.0 points per game, of the APBL and is the first Monarch to be signed overseas. Allmond played 12 games in the NBA D-League with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, averaging 15.5 points per game, before moving to Vestelspor Manisa (Turkey-TB2L), where he suited up for eight games and averaged 7.0ppg. He was released in Feb. The Maine Red Claws (US-D-League) drafted him in the 2012 NBA D-League Draft and he last through training camp, up to the last cut when he was waived.
