Cookie Miller signs with Polpharma

Cookie MillerCookie Miller (170 cm, Nebraska’09), who’s real name is Josh Miller, got the call from SKS Polpharma-Pakmet Starogard GD (Poland-TBL) and is heading back to Poland to meet up with his new squad. Miller spent two seasons as the starting guard for the Nebraska Cornhuskers in 2007-08 and 2008-09 where he averaged 6.7 points and 3.6 assists per game over both seasons. He then transferred to West Virginia State, which is in his home town of Chareston, West Virginia. During his two seasons at West Virginia State Miller averaged 20.7 points and 5.3 assists per game over 60 games. He left WVS with career highs in scoring average (20.7), steals average (2.6), and minutes average (34.2). He finished third in assists average (5.3) and steals (154). After leaving WSV he signed with Siarka Jezioro Tarnobrzeg (Poland-PLK) and put up impressive numbers, averaging 15.9 points and 4.7 assists per game in 34 games.
