2013 NBA Draft Lottery: Cleveland wins!

2013 nba draft lottery

The Cleveland Cavaliers have won the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery and will have the first pick of the 2013 NBA draft. The franchise has had luck on its side for three straight years now. They had the fourth pick in the 2012 draft and came away with Dion Waiters. They scored big time as they snagged all-star point guard, Kyrie Irving with the first pick in 2011. Experts project the Cavaliers to target Nerlens Noel from Kentucky.
