Bryson McKenzie to miss season

Bryson McKenzie (211 cm, North Illinois’06) will miss the rest of the season his team CSS Giurgiu (Romania, Liga Nationala) has revealed. The center picked up an injury during the clubs game against CS U-Mobitelco Cluj and will now sit out the season. McKenzie had played 8 games with Giurgiu since joining the team in December and has averaged 8.6ppg and 6.1rpg.

The injury to Bryson McKenzie has further hampered roster depth at Giurgiu. Earlier this season the team lost its starting point guard and slipped from a good starting position to their current 12th in the Liga Nationala standings.
