Brian Qvale signed by Medi Bayreuth

Brian Qvale (210 cm, Montana’11) is set to be the new addition to Medi Bayreuth’s starting frontcourt (Germany-BB) this 2013-14 season. The 24-year-old Qvale played for Belfius Mons-Hainaut from Belgium’s Ethias League in 2012-13 and averaged 9.8 ppg and 6.1 rpg in 31 games. Brian helped the club reach the Belgian Cup semifinals and the Belgian League finals in 2013.

He spent the 2011-12 season playing in Turkey for Aliaga Petkim. Qvale logged 32 games in the Turkish league in his rookie season and averaged 8.9 ppg and 4.4 rpg.
