Brandyn Curry (187 cm, Harvard’14) has agreed to terms on a deal to play for ESSM Le Portel Cote d’Opale (France-Pro A) in 2018-19. The Harvard product is coming off a successful season playing for the recently crowned Dutch champions, Donar Groningen (Netherlands-Eredivisie). He played six games for them in the Basketball Champions League and averaged 14.5 ppg and 5.8 apg. Curry flashed some of his brilliance in their 18-game run in the FIBA Europe Cup, where the guard delivered averages of 15.7 ppg and 5.5 apg. In 37 games in the Dutch League, he was able to notch averages of 16.2 ppg and 5.2 apg.
