Blake Ahearn inks with Budivelnyk Kyiv

Former NBA guard Blake Ahearn (188 cm, Missouri State’07) is making his way to the Ukrainian team Budivelnyk Kyiv (Superleague) this 2013-14 season. He began the 2012-13 season with the Indiana Pacers but was with the team only up to the pre-season. In December 2012 Ahearn signed with the DongGuan New Century Leopards from China’s CBA. He played 17 games for them and averaged 23.0 ppg and 3.4 apg.

In 2011-12 he played in the NBA D-League for the Reno Bighorns. In 37 games Blake averaged 23.8 ppg and 4.9 apg. In April 2012 he joined the Utah Jazz and averaged 2.5 ppg in six games.
