The Island Storm from Canada’s NBL has decided to cut Billy Rush (201 cm, Robert Morris’10) from their roster this 2016. Rush was able to log seven games for them before his departure. He posted some lackluster averages of 8.0 ppg and 3.3 rpg in 23.7 minutes per game. He originally joined the club in the 2014-15 season in November 2014. Billy played 34 games for the Island Storm that season and was able to produce averages of 10.0 ppg and 4.3 rpg. The veteran has spent time playing in the IBA as well as a single stint in Europe with Science City Jena of the German Pro A league in 2013-14.
