Billy McShepard (208 cm, Valdosta ’11) is on the move to Estudiantes Concordia (Argentina-Liga A). The American forward is making the move after playing in 19 games with Ironi Nes-Ziona (Israel-National League) this season. In Israel, McShepard started five games with averages of 13.6 ppg, 9.6 rpg and 1.2 spg while shooting 45 percent from beyond-the-arch. Ironi Nes-Ziona won the title in his only season with the team. Estudiantes will try to give McShepard two championships this season as they currently are contenders in Liga A. Right now, the team sits in second place in the Norte division of the Liga A with a 24-12 record. With the addition of McShepard, the team will add another scoring option to their front-line.
