Benjamin Simons joins Antwerp Giants

Benjamin Simons (203 cm, Drake University´13) has agreed terms with Port of Antwerp Giants (Belgium, Ethias League) and will play for the team this season. The American is in his rookie season but he has already picked up some professional experience playing for Walter Tigers Tuebingen (Germany, BBL). The forward has played six games for the Bundesliga outfit and managed to record averages of just 1.5 points and 1.5 rebounds from the bench.

Last season was the last that Benjamin Simons played for Drake University in the NCAA. It was a solid senior season for the 22-year old as he collected averages of 14.1 points and 3.6 rebounds per game from 32 appearances.
