Ben Woodside added by Vanoli Cremona

Ben Woodside (180 cm, North Dakota State’09) has been added by Vanoli Cremona from Italy’s SerieA for the 2013-14 season. Ben will be reinforcing Italian club’s backcourt. He spent the 2012-13 playing in Turkey for Optimum TED Kolejiler Ankara. Woodside logged 33 games in the Turkish league and averaged 11.5 ppg and 7.1 apg.

He began the 2011-12 season playing in Slovenia for Union Olimpija Ljubljana. In 7 Euroleague games Woodside averaged 6.0 ppg and 1.9 apg. In 10 Adriatic league games he hit averages of 8.6 ppg and 3.2 apg. In December 2011 he moved to BC Armia Tbilisi from Georgia’s Superleague where he averaged 16.8 ppg and 7.0 apg in 20 games.
