Ben Woodside (180 cm, North Dakota State’09) will continue his professional career this 2016-17 season with the New Zealand Breakers (Australia-NBL). Ben is a 30-year-old American player who also holds a Georgian passport. This will be his first stint in the Australian NBL. He is coming off a three season run playing for Turk Telekom Ankara (Turkey-BSL). In 2015-16 he played 13 games for them in the FIBA Europe Cup and produced averages of 13.4 ppg and 5.2 apg. Ben also logged a total of 28 games in the domestic Turkish league and there he managed to post averages of 8.1 ppg and 4.2 apg.
