Herbalife Gran Canaria 2014 of the Spanish ACB has announced the signing of American Ben Hansbrough (190 cm, Notre Dame’11) for the coming season. Gran Canaria finished 7th in the ACB standings last season and will look to push on this season with the addition of former NBA player Hansbrough. The guard played for the Indiana Pacers (USA, NBA) last season and from limited minutes on court he averaged 1.7 points per game. However, from his 34 games he helped the franchise win Central Division title. Ben Hansbrough is no stranger to European Basketball and has previously played in Slovenia and Germany.
