Augustus Gilchrist (208 cm, South Florida’12) has left Italian Serie A team Granarolo Bologna after logging 14 games this 2014/15. He posted averages of 5.2 ppg and 4.8 rpg in 18 minutes per game. Bologna was his first stint outside of the United States. Bologna is in eighth place in the Serie A standings with their even 8-8 record and should be in the market for Gilchrist’s replacement soon enough.

In 2013/14 Augustus played in the NBA D-League for the Iowa Energy. In 21 games he registered averages of 4.0 ppg and 3.1 rpg. He helped his team finish as the D-League Central Division’s Runner-up in 2014.
