Antwan Scott signs with Aris Thessaloniki
Antwan Scott (188 cm, Colorado St. ’16) is heading to Aris Thessaloniki (Greece-A1). This will be the third team for the scoring guard in his first year in professional basketball. He moves to the A1 after playing with KTP Basket (Finland-Korisliiga) for 14 games. There he lit up the scoreboard with 22.0 ppg and 2.9 apg while grabbing 4.5 rpg in 34.5 mpg. Prior to playing in Finland, he started the year with Den Bosch (Netherlands-Eredivisie). His scoring ways continued with Den Bosch as he scored 20.6 ppg and 5.5 apg in 30.1 mpg. He left the team in the middle of January and immediately moved over to KTP Basket.
Scott has shown the ability to score on every team he’s played with. Even in College at Colorado State he put up 16.3 ppg and was named to the All-Mountain West Conference second team in his only year receiving consistent playing time. Now he heads to a new level of basketball in A1 with Aris. The team currently is fourth in the A1 standings with a 15-11 record. They also competed in the Champions league where they finished fourth in their group.
