Antonio Grant joins Poitiers

Antonio Grant (198 cm, South Carolina’01) has agreed to return to Union Poitiers Basket 86 (France-ProA) after a 10 games with Gigantes Edomex (Mexico-LNBP). He joined Edomex at the beginning of the 2012-13 season and has played 10 games, averaging 16.6 points per game. Last season with Poitiers he played in 29 French ProA contests and compiled a 9.8 points per game average. Grant played four season with South Carolina before moving to the North Charleston Lowgators of the NBA D-League in 2002. After a season in the D-League he signed with BC Silute (Lithuania-LKAL), the moved up to Nevezis Kedainiai (Lithuania-LKL). Grant has also played for Spartak St. Petersburg (Russia-A Superleague), Cholet Basket (France-ProA), BC Siauliai (Lithuania-LKL), KK Split (Croatia-A1), SK Cherkasy Monkeys (Ukraine-UBL), JSF Nanterre (France-ProB), Taiwan Mobile Leopards (Taiwan-SBL), and Neptunas Klaipeda (Lithuania-LKL).
