Antoine Wright pens with Rain or Shine

Antoine Wright (201 cm, Texas A&M’05) has recently been selected by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (Philippines-PBA) to be their import this 2015-16. Wright has already made his debut for the Filipino team and he delivered 16 points in 29 minutes of action. He also pulled down eight rebounds in his maiden outing. Unfortunately, his team fell to Barangay Ginebra 92-103.

Before penning with Rain or Shine Wright played three games for Caneros de La Romana of the Dominican Repubic’s LNB. Antoine averaged 7.0 ppg and 1.3 rpg in his brief stint. He parted ways with the team in June 2015 and did not sign with a team after that. His 2014-15 season was spent on the roster of Halcones UV Xalapa (Mexico-LNBP). In 32 games he produced averages of 12.1 ppg and 3.9 rpg.
