Anthony Raffa inks with Sanaye

Anthony Raffa (185 cm, Coastal Carolina’13) is a new addition to the roster of Sanaye Petrochimi Mahshahr (Iran-Superleague) this 2014/15. Raffa is an American player who also holds an Italian passport. He played his rookie season as a pro in the French Pro B for Hermine Nantes Atlantique. Anthony logged a total of 41 games for them and registered averages of 13.2 ppg and 3.4 apg.

In his senior year at Coastal Carolina Anthony was able to average 19.1 ppg and 1.4 apg in 29 games. In 2013 he was named to the All-Big South Conference 1st Team and to the NABC Division I All-District 3 1st Team.
