Anthony Cowan to Europe, Aris

Anthony Cowan (183 cm, G) signed a contract with legendary club Aris BC in the Greek A1 league. Aris had lots of problems (BAT cases) to solve with Fiba. An influx of 300k euro took care of eight cases, opening the door to new signings.

Cowan played last season, his first as a pro, in the GLeague. In 15 games with the Memphis Hustle, he averaged 6.3 ppg and 2.2 assists in just 15 minutes per game.

Anthony Cowan played college basketball at Maryland, where he averaged 16.2 ppg and 4.8 assists his senior year.
